Ballast Water Management Plan
Software used: " Maxsurf " / " Hydromax "

• Meets the recommendations of the IMO Assembly Resolution A.868 (20) – "Guidelines for the Control and Management of Ship's Ballast Water to minimize the transfer of harmful aquatic organisms and pathogens" adopted on 27th November, 1997
• Meets requirement of "International Convention for the Control and Management of Ship's Ballast Water and Sediments" adopted on 16th February, 2004
• Our manuals have been approved by DNV

Shipboard Marine Pollution Emergency Plan (SMPEP)

• Prepared in compliance with MARPOL requirements
• Our Manual has been approved by Det Norske Veritas (DNV) on behalf of the vessel's Flag Administration.
